Tootsie came to us from Miami where she was left at the shelter by her owner. There she faced a scary and uncertain fate and quickly became sick with a respiratory illness. She was rescued by an angel named Chrissy who took her immediately to the vet and paid all the vet costs to get her healthy again. She is an amazing little girl who is too good to be true!!

She is active and has lots of energy but is very well behaved and well trained. She is like a well trained puppy - the best of both worlds!!!

Tootsie's new foster mom and dad report that she is the happiest girl they have ever met! She is just so sweet right to the core. Better yet, she is housebroken, smart, and walks super on a lead. She is just as content as can be in her foster home, and loves to snuggle up with her new doggy siblings all day long. She will transition beautifully to a new forever home.
