Well, as you can see, puppies do need their sleep! What a cutie pie this boy is. Copper is a young, energetic 4 month old pup. He is totally comfortable in his foster home that he shares with several other dogs and cats. Copper is having a blast!!

Cute is only one of his great features. He is SMART too! After just a few days, he is responding to his name. Foster mom says he can help with the laundry ... well, he decided to help take things OUT of the dryer AND THEN RUN! Yes, this pup has a very playful heart.

Foster mom says Copper has already caught on to house-breaking .... what a smart baby. No accidents in the house, although mom is being very careful in teaching this young dog the ropes. He goes out often and especially after a puppy play time with his dog and kitty friends and after a long snooze. He loves to play and has even begun retrieving. Foster mom is getting him used to a crate, especially because he could use those pearly, sharp baby teeth to chew. She has provided plenty of chew toys, so he is being a very good boy on that front. Teething toys a must for this young boy!
