Poor Misha was surrendered to animal control by her family.  She has a few skin allergies and limps a little on her rear leg but even her family told animal control that she was a "GREAT dog" and they struggled with what to do with her.  We will never understand how they came to the decision to drop this sweet girl at a scary shelter.  She has soooo much love and life to give and will make a great companion for just about anyone.  She needs a special kind heart to look past her imperfections and see her true beauty.

Misha is a good pup with so much love to give! Her favorite activities include eating (duh, she's a beagle!), sleeping, playing tug of war, and being pet. She loves being pet so much that sometimes when you stop she will let out a little bark to let you know she's not done being loved on yet. She is a very playful pup and will bring you a toy to play tug of war and fetch but doesn't quite know how to play with other dogs. With all the changes she has gone through Misha needs a gentle leader that understands her insecurities.

Misha is a total "people dog" and loves to greet visitors at the door with a wagging tail and an occasional bark in hopes that she will get some love! She loves sitting at your feet or snuggling up in her bed and being close to her people. She knows to go outside to potty but doesn't like to be out there for long unless you are out there with her. She is looking for a loving family who can match the amount of love she has to give!
