Cooper is a positively stunning Chocolate beagle puppy.  He was surrender to TBBR because his family did not want to dedicate the time and attention a growing puppy needs.

He has sown himself to be a quick learner in his foster home, sleeping quietly through the night in his crate and fitting in well with his foster brothers and sisters.  Cooper wants to play with anyone and everything.  His favorite place to nap is in the middle of the toy box.  When he is awake, he will find a favorite toy to play with and then go get another one.  Cooper also knows how to sit and will fetch a toy and bring it back!

With time, patience, and structure, Cooper will fit in very well to just about any setting.  Please consider the extra time and commitment it takes to raise a very young dog into a stable and happy family member before filling out an application.
