Diamond is a 2 and a half year old Lab/Basset Hound mix (we were told she was mixed with a beagle...not the case). She came to us with heartworms but has successfully completed her treatment and is heartworm free!!! She is spayed, house broken, up to date on shots, is on Frontline and Heartguard. She is such a sweet and loving dog and is GREAT with kids. Diamond had been previously adopted but was regretfully returned to us because their older dog was attacking her.

Diamond does have food agression issues with other animals and will need to be fed away from other animals. She has never shown any signs of aggression toward people though. She also seems to have been abused and is therefore very submissive. She will need a very gentle and loving home.
