Bingly is so small and cute. He is a bit overweight, but that can be taken care of easily. 

When Bingly came to his foster home, he got along great with the other four dogs in the home. 

He almost jumped into the bathtub and did not bark even when the other dogs started barking at a truck that honked its horn outside.
