Franklin is so stinkin' cute!

His foster parents are just getting to know him, but say he gets along well with his foster beagle sister and is making friends easily with dogs and people on his walks.  Franklin is crate trained and appears to be potty trained as he relieves himself as soon as he gets outside.  Franklin loves giving beagle hugs, and if you are lucky he might just talk to you while he hugs you!

The shelter estimated Franklin to be about one year old. He came to us as a stray, but was already neutered and at a healthy weight, so we think he was probably someone's pampered pooch at some point.
