Jonas is part of a group of 7 beagles rescued from Monticello GA.  He was one of 15 total dogs taken from their owner in a cruelty case investigation.  THe dogs were living in a 10x10 pen filled with their own waste.  These poor babies were forced to live in this situation day after day.  The dogs were extremely thin when they were taken by animal control.  TBBR took in all 7 of the beagles rescued in this case and they made the long trek down from Georgia to awaiting loving foster homes.  As you can see Jonas has settled right in and is LOVING his new life!  

Jonas is a very sweet boy that loves to cuddle with you in bed if you will let him.  He is very playful and would definitely do best with another playful dog in the house.  He also loves to play with soft toys.  Given his past, he is new to living inside but is learning house manners quickly, even though his foster brother is not the best role model!  LOL.  He hangs out in the house loose all day and never gets into anything he shouldn't.  He is safe with the cats but will chase and groom them if no one else will play with him.  He was very concerned and doting when one of the cats in his foster home had a booboo!  He would make a great family companion!  

All of our animals are sterilized, microchipped, vaccinated, and tested/treated for heartworm disease before adoption.
