Susie was picked up from animal control and already had her name!  In fact, she had been adopted out of animal control a few years back and when she was found this time, her family decided they didn't want her back.  In our opinion, we can't figure out why!

Susie did not love her bath but she sure needed it after a few weeks at the shelter.  Now she is shiny and clean and smiling and is really turning on the charm.  Her first evening in her foster home, she curled up at his feet in the evening for a snooze.

It is still early, but she has shown good bathroom habits, is fully vetted and has been spayed and is heartworm negative! She is so ready for what this time will be her furever home.  If you are looking for a sweet, medium energy, small little lady, Susie may very well be the one.

All of our animals are sterilized, microchipped, vaccinated, and tested/treated for heartworm disease before adoption.
