Skynard is just barely a year old and his owner dropped him off at the local county pound located at the city dump!  Very few dogs make it out of this shelter alive so this guy certainly found himself in a terrible predicament.  Thankfully he is now out safe and his life is about to change!  He is brand new to the rescue and cute as a button.  More to come as we get to know him better....
