Freckles is a very loving dog who was found as a stray in Plant City. When her owner couldn't be found, she was turned into the rescue, where she had 5 beautiful puppies. Freckles was adopted out at our fundraiser in December, on the same day that her puppies went to her new home. However, just 7 days later, her new owners decided she was "too noisy" and instead of turning her into us, turned her into Animal Services. Luckly, her microchip brought her back to us safely. She had lost a lot of weight and seemed to be less confident than when she left us, but after a few weeks to recuperate, she is doing better. Freckles wants the kind of home that lasts forever.
