I just met Toby and this boy is a gem! He happily greeted everyone that came to the last adoption event. I was sure he would be someone's first choice! Perhaps because he is a beagle mix, he didn't find his forever home at our July event. Toby has A LOT of beagle in him. He is just the perfect size, wags at the mere sight of a friend, and befriended all the other dogs. He is as cute, merry and friendly as a beagle can be. Plan on coming to meet Toby at our next event. He will be the first one to greet you : )
