Beetle Bailey is a handsome lemon and white beagle about 6 years old. He loves our friend's children and has been great with his foster family's beagles.  He hasn't had an accident and walks very well on the leash.  Bailey is, however, extremely overweight.  He has been fed with the other beagles and had no problems keeping his nose in his own bowl.  He also did not beg in the kitchen while we prepared and ate our food.  Bailey will need to lose about 25 pounds.  He will be on a strict diet while in the rescue but will need a person or family who will be willing to continue to assist in his weight loss venture as well as his exercise. 

Bailey was extremely friendly on our walks and enjoyed meeting neighbors.  He will make a fabulous pet.  He did bark outside when our other beagles started but ceased when told to do so.  He has a very cute and traditional beagle arooooooooo.

All of our animals are sterilized, microchipped, vaccinated, and tested/treated for heartworm disease before adoption.
