Mitch is a real cute young boy who had been held at a county shelter for several months as part of the prosecution of an animal abuse case. He has finally gotten his "Out of Jail" free card, "Will not Pass GO" and wants to collect a new forever family so he can prove what a wonderful and loving Beagle he really is.
