What a great Beagle Boy!  He appears to be house trained and good with other dogs, walks well on a leash, crates well and will sit near you all day long, if you let him, getting his belly rubbed.  Since he just completed his treatment for heartworms we cannot let him run free but he does not seem to mind the resident squirrels and ducks. He is not interested in toys but, as a true Beagle, loves his treats and knows to hang out iin the kitchen whenever food is being prepared. Snickers III has found himself at the County Shelter twice.  The first time in 2007, when he was adopted out, and then again last month when he was picked up as a stray and no one came looking for him, even though he was microchipped.  Snickers III needs a forever home so he can finally feel wanted and loved!
Whoever adopts Snickers III is going to get a wonderful Beagle companion.
