Thelma is a 6–8-year-old, 23-pound sweetheart who absolutely loves people and craves affection. She gets along great with dogs, cats, and everyone she meets, making her an easy addition to most homes.

She has an old eye injury and is mostly blind in one eye, but her other eye compensates well and she gets around just fine.

Thelma is still learning the basics—she isn’t house trained yet and is working on leash manners—so she’ll need a patient family to help her adjust. With a little time and love, she’ll blossom into a devoted, loving companion.

Adopters age 65 and over who adopt senior dogs pay a special adoption fee of $100 for ages 8-11 years and $75 for 12 years or older.

All of our animals are sterilized, microchipped, vaccinated, and tested/treated for heartworm disease before adoption.
