Pistol needs a caretaker or foster! Won't you consider helping him get a new start?

Pistol came to us from Nassau County  animal control.  He is the sweetest and friendliest beagle you could ever meet!  He is just a tiny little guy and is like a little beagle ambassador greeting everyone with a kiss and a wag of his tail!  He is on meds for chronic eye inflammation likely caused by a previous eye infection and has already seen the eye specialist.   His vision seems to be just fine though. 
He will also need to be treated for heartworms and then will be ready to live out a happy and long life with a new family.  This little guy loves kids too and is a MUST MEET - he will absolutely steal your heart with his adorable personality.
