Buffy Bagel is a 6 year old female beagle.  She is small and peaceful. She rarely barks.  Buffy likes to be with her people but doesn't show any signs of separation anxiety.  She is crate trained and housebroken.  She enjoys laying on a soft blanket and exploring outside.  Buffy walks well on a leash and would probably like to go with you on your daily errands.  Buffy is ok with other dogs but doesn't play with them at all.  She would be good as an only dog or in an apartment or condo.  

Buffy is recovering from removal of several mammary tumors and has a lot of stitches which can be removed on 9/27 at our vet.    She should be kept calm during that time.  

Buffy is heartworm positive.  She can be adopted during treatment but only within an hour of Tampa Bay.  The adopter is responsible for transporting Buffy to and from all vet appoints at our vet in Palm Harbor or Thonotosassa.

All of our animals are sterilized, microchipped, vaccinated, and tested/treated for heartworm disease before adoption.
