Hugo is a super sweet small guy. He loves being around people and he will follow you from one room to the next room just to keep your company. 
It took Hugo a few weeks to be able to jump on the couch. It still takes him a few tries, but he is able to jump up to cuddle with people or other dogs. 
He has a little separation anxiety and will howl when people leave. He is not destructive at all, but his howl is loud so it probably is best if he is not an apartment dog.
He gets along great with the other dogs in his foster home. He likes to run with the active dog and cuddle with the mellow dog. He has learned to howl with the active dog to let people know when it is time to be fed. He will sit nicely and wait once he can see the food is being prepared. 
Hugo would like to sleep on the people's bed, but his foster dad does not allow it. He sleeps nicely on a dog bed next to the people's bed. 
He is doing better all the time on the housetraining. As long as he is frequently let outdoors, he will do well. 
Hugo is adorable. You will love him when you meet him. He will make you very happy if you adopt him. Won't you give him a home?
