Bolt is a spunky beagle puppy.   He has a loud bark and likes to let you hear it all the time.  Bolt needs a lot of training.  He is not housebroken.

**Not a good choice for an apartment**

Puppies this age should not be crated for more than 5-6 hours at a time.
