Toby Scott has just arrived after being found as a stray.  He is a real doll and eager to please.  He is great with other dogs.  He likes to be around the pool and enjoyed riding the raft and relaxing with his foster this past weekend.  He is housetrained and good in the house so far.  Toby Scott prefers to be close to his people. Toby knows sit and lay down and is a very reliable houseguest.  He hasn't had a single accident nor does he bother anything  in the house.
Toby Scott is heartworm positive so will need to be adopted within one hour of Tampa so he can see our vet for heartworm treatment, which we cover.  He is fully vetted other than needing his heartworm treatment.
Toby Scott's skin and hair needs a little TLC, but it isn't bad at all for having been a stray.
