Fred is a lovable little guy but can suffer from separation anxiety. We do not believe he would do well in an apartment because he bays very loudly when excited and can even sound like a seal at times. He likes to be around other dogs for companionship. He cries for a few minutes when put in his crate but then will go to sleep until you get home. He is house trained with a doggie door and would probably do best in a house with a yard. His fosters have been working with him on a leash but he will need more training. He is a curious dog and always has his nose to the ground. After he gets to know you he will sleep with you. He is just a really great dog that his fosters love a lot and is looking for the right home to help him through his separation anxiety.

All of our animals are sterilized, microchipped, vaccinated, and tested/treated for heartworm disease before adoption.
