Cosmo IV came to TBBR with his buddy, Astro.  They appear to be a bonded pair and stick together. Cosmo is housetrained and will stay in a crate. Cosmo has been coming out of his shell slowly but surely. He is a super sweet boy who even goes so far as sleeping in bed with his foster parents. Cosmo enjoys walks also and walks nicely in a harness.
