Bugsy is a very sweet boy that loves people.  He loves rolling in the grass and telling you to rub his belly.  He has made multiple neighbors in his foster family's neighborhood rub his belly! 

We have seen some minor issues with resource guarding of both people and toys so he would prefer a forever home with a family familiar with beagles.  With this in mind, he may prefer to be an only dog, but he gets along well with dogs at the dog park and other dogs if introduced properly.  Bugsy has played well with children approximately 4-9 years old (for belly rubs).

Bugsy is perfectly housetrained.  He is working on some weight loss.  While one of his legs is bowlegged you would never know it the way he gets around.  

All of our animals are sterilized, microchipped, vaccinated, and tested/treated for heartworm disease before adoption.
