Crystal is such a sweet and friendly girl that it is hard to believe that her owner had her tied up outside to a tree because she howled in the house and tried to dig out of the yard. Lucky for Crystal her neighbor cared enough about her situation to notify TBBR and get t=her owner to agree to surrender her. Crystal shows no sign of her unfortunate situation and is ready to give all her puppy love to a new family. Crystal has been to two different fosters since she's entered our Rescue. In both homes she has proven to be trustworthy, responsive and a dream dog. She is the best!
