Hello There!  My name is Barney Rubble and I am looking for my forever home!  I am about 5 years old and loving life (since I was sprung from the slammer).  I am a talker, but not just for no reason!  No way!  If I am alone, I talk because it is a little scary all alone in a new place.  My new foster mom just sings to me and I get all quiet and happy again.
I love people and other dogs!  I have 3 foster siblings right now and we all get along...even at dinner time.  I do like the food and I definitely know what the kitchen is for.  I am a beagle, you know.
I scratch on the door to go outisde.  Mom says that means I am housetrained.  I don't know about that but I know I am a good boy and very well behaved because she tells me so.
So, you are wondering what a handsome boy like me is still doing as an orphan?  Well, I tell ya, I just don't know.  Maybe it is because I am afraid of riding in cars or because I like to counter surf...just a little...or could it be I give too many kisses...naw!  You can never give too many kisses..can you?
