Cooper is a young and energetic pup!  He is a beautiful chocolate beagle with a cute squishy face.  He loves to be where ever you are and will follow you everywhere.  He gets along with dogs and would love a younger dog to play with.  He enjoys toys of all kinds and can't decide which one is best so he surrounds himself with all of them.  He loves to play fetch with a ball outside and actually brings it back to you and drops it at your feet.  He isn't fond of the crate but he will settle down after several minutes of barking.
