He is a very handsome beagle! The first thing you'll notice is his soft fur. He doesn't feel like most beagles and he doesn't shed much either which is a big plus! He seemed a little nervous when he first came to our foster home but he now has become part of the family. He has adjusted to our hours and he is a sweet dog. While reading the paper on Sunday morning, he came up and quietly put a paw on my leg then put his head in my lap. He is relatively active but doesn't chase the cats in our household. He would probably like to be in a house with another dog because he loves to play with other dogs. Although, he is also quite happy in our house with only humans to play with him. Unlike some beagles, he is very quiet. We have never know him to howl and he very rarely barks.
