Porter is the youngest of three dogs we received from north Georgia, and they were reported to come from the same owner. We don't know that he spent much time inside before now but he has been quick to learn about the dog door and his potty habits are steadily improving.

Porter is very sweet but was very skittish when he arrived to TBBR. He has improved significantly but will still flinch when you reach for him. Once you start petting him, he loves a good ear rub and will hang around.

Porter will be a wonderful companion for a family who can give him the space and time he needs to settle in to his new home. We think he would do best with another dog to keep him company - he's not overly playful, but likes to snuggle while sleeping.

All of our animals are sterilized, microchipped, vaccinated, and tested/treated for heartworm disease before adoption.
