Snoopy is an owner surrender who recently arrived so we are getitng to know him better. Right now he is fostered with a few other beagles and is getting along well.
From his paperwork, we can tell he has been moved around a lot and hasn't had a lot of consistency in his life. He is nervous because of this and barks as an outlet. He would not be a good apartment dog. I can say, however, that once allowed to decompress his barking amounts go down drastically so he will just need time.
Snoopy is very sweet and loving with the people and with our dogs. He loves to play with people, and we are hoping once he settles he will "learn" to play with the other pups.
He walks well on the leash. He isn't quite fully housetrained. I think he will catch on fast but for now will go into the crate with a treat.
Snoopy is a love and with a little time will make an awesome additionto a patient beagle lover!
