Skippy II is a very friendly and sweet beagle boy who was rescued from a shelter in the panhandle.

Skippy has been in his foster house for a little under a week and is coming out of his shell. Skippy is a very shy and timid dog but he has been getting more outgoing each day.
Skippy gets along well with out other two beagles and doesnt seem to have any issues with other dogs. He also does pretty well on the leash and rarely pulls. I think that he will be a great family dog.

We will post new photos that show how handsome he is soon.

Special Needs: UPDATE on ear infection from Annette: Anyway…I mentioned how he could pick that up anywhere and changed the subject to the medicine for the surgical site and if that was okay as the rescue would help with that. I was hoping that would jog her memory. She wrote back telling me that no one has contacted her about the ear infection. Then I told her that we will be in contact, but that she would be responsible for getting him to one of our vets and that we will be in contact, only because she keeps bringing it up. So…now what? Who sets her up? Tx December 22, 08


All of our animals are sterilized, microchipped, vaccinated, and tested/treated for heartworm disease before adoption.
