Biscuit III is a handsome, happy, playful little guy who found himself at animal control and we can't figure out why. He gets along great with his foster siblings and loves to play and chase and explore. He has behaved nicely in the crate and so far has not shown a tendency to make much noise. 

He he is a classic tri color and is a little bit underweight right now but should fill in just fine. If you know and love the typical beagle characteristics, Biscuit III could be the boy for you!
