Chiquita is a little bundle of sweetness! Her foster mom describes her as playful, lovable and adorable. She is even housebroken! We can only guess that she was someone's pet who was abandoned or lost and she looks to have been on her own for a while. She has a mild flea dermatits that is clearing up nicely just by being kept clean and being fed nutritious food. She will need to be treated for heartworms but will be as good as gold after that! If you are looking for a little lap beagle she may be the one for you!
Chiquita's foster mom had this to say about her, "Chiquita is an awesome little doggie! She's tiny like a chihuahua with the personality of a beagle! She has already made herself at home with my other 2 dogs, lol. She will make a great little companion for someone! :-)"

Update 1/25/09: Chiquita is a great little gal...she loves to run and play with her squeeky toys as well as snuggle up for a great nap. This past week when the cold nights arrived she loved to sleep under the covers at night to keep warm. She is full of love to give and would love a home that will play with her every day. Won't you consider making this little sweetheart part of your family .....
