Baby

Baby has continued to attempt the escape artistry for which she was returned to TBBR several times. Her last successful attempt was by digging under a gate at the local dog park. Happy ending - we were able to get a key to the property onto which she escaped and we retrieved her within minutes. She seemed totally oblivious to the turmoil she caused (especially in my heart). I no longer take it personally when she tries to "get away." She's just being her beagle self and not trying to get away from me or anything or anyone else. Baby is pure love - giving and receiving it with an unending openness. She is not officially certified as a therapy dog yet, but she does visit friends at a convalescent center where a friend of mine resides. She is the perfect little visitor, and you can see the connection of love she makes when bonding. I look forward to the December Meet and Greet to reunite Baby with her old friends and to purchase some t-shirts for Christmas gifts.
