Harper
Harper

Harper is doing awesome. I'm so glad we decided to go to the fairgrounds that day.. When I first got him he didn't wag his tail and he was really shy. Now he is much more outgoing and his tail won't stop wagging. Harper loves going on walks in the neighborhood and going to the dog park. He is very playful with other dogs. Harper was almost completely house trained when I got him, and he learned how to sit in just a couple of days. We are still working on learning how to stay. He loves looking out the window. His leg is fine, he only limps when he gets excited, it's actually kind of funny. He recently got a tooth pulled and a teeth cleaning. Harper loves sleeping in my bed and during the day he loves to sit on his green couch. I've attached a couple pictures of harper Thanks for everything,

Hobo
Hobo

Homer (we changed Hobo's name) is doing great! I took him to the vet last week for a check up and to get his heartguard. He is full of energy and quite spunky...lots of fun. He was an adjustment for Elmer (my other beagle) at first, but now they are constantly playing together and chasing each other throughout the house. He is a wonderful addition to our household. He loves his toys and loves to cuddle and play. Thanks for letting me adopt him...he's great =) Jessica

Herbie
Herbie

Hello! The Bullis family, whom adopted Herbie in winter of 2005, have not kept up to date with the wonderful people who gave us the best pet in the whole world! Herbie has so many characteristics that make him the best beagle in the world. However, his many nicknames we call him are the Herbster, Herbie monster, the fur ball :) He comes with his tail wagging and those "sympathetic" sweet eyes right to us when he is called. He sleeps like a little human being, his paws over each other and sometimes over a little stuffed duck we got him! He gets cold during the winter so he likes to be covered with a blanket and will not move from under it until it is morning! He talks back to us when we speak to him by snorting but keeps eye contact. He gives us "the paw" when we stop petting him, God forbid! He is a good guard dog at the same time. If he hears a cat, a squirrel or a bird, he is quick to have those beagle ears propped up and howling. He is a very loveable dog. He follows us all around the house and is sad when one of us leaves! He likes to cuddle up on the bed with Momma Bullis and wont leave her side. Not to mention, Herbie is a healthy beagle baby! No more heartworm and does nothing but have "ciestas" which are when he goes outside and chases lizzards, squirrels, and tries to steal the fresh veggies off the stems! I have attached some pictures of herbie and hope you enjoy seeing how adopting him made us a happier family and making it impossible to be away from him! Thank you again! The Bullis Family

Pam and I just wanted to drop you a line and give an update on Heck/ Bailey: It's been a year and Bailey has come a *long* way. He'll always be a little skittish, but he is such a happy, loving dog that Pam and I literally remark every day at how lucky we were to have found him. Thank you so much for going the extra mile to have him rescued. I've attached a few shots from a recent trip to the beach. Thanks again, Ben
