Dharma was found wandering around in an apartment complex by a good samaritan. She got her to a safe place until TBBR could get her into a foster home.  Dharma is so sweet, her tail is always wagging away!  She gets along with the other beagles in the house and loves to sniff around the yard.  She is heartworm postive so will need to be treated and TBBR will take care of the treatment.
