Yuki is a sweet girl, but she is cautioius of new people and new situations. She will whine to let you and other dogs know they are too close. She loves to be loved and cuddles with other beagles. She takes her time with her food and seems to like her food in the evening once a day. She is crate trained, and does very well when left alone.   

Yuki is good on a leash, although if she gets a scent, she will take off, so you need to be prepared for that. She is a great watch dog and will let you know if there are any strange sounds or new people around.  She can be left outside the crate up to 8 hours, While she hasn't been left alone longer than 8 hours, the foster believes she would be fine if she has a dog companion. She likes to play chase with the other foster dog in the household. 

Yuki would do well with one person, a couple or a family with older children.

All of our animals are sterilized, microchipped, vaccinated, and tested/treated for heartworm disease before adoption.
