Halas is only a one year old and his owner allowed him to get very overweight. He then was surrended to animal control. TBBR pulled this sweet boy and we are working on getting his weight under control. 

All of our animals are sterilized, microchipped, vaccinated, and tested/treated for heartworm disease before adoption.
